Design and Manufacturing

We have the expertise and experience to manufacture a wide variety of molds for different materials and blow molding processes to meet any customer needs. We produce molds for packaging, ranging from ampoules for the pharmaceutical industry to large-scale industrial applications.

If the project requires, we create highly complex molds with irregular parting lines and moving parts. Our manufacturing process is based on high-speed, high-precision machining. Utilizing multi-axis high-speed milling technologies, we can guarantee dimensional consistency from cavity to cavity.

We maintain impeccable quality assurance process and protocols, evaluating various mold components throughout the manufacturing process and during final assembly. We measure, record, and archive all critical dimensions.

Our inspection department, equipped with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), optical comparators, custom gauges, and a wide array of precision instruments, allows us to conduct thorough and accurate inspections.

We adhere to the highest engineering standards, with all molds undergoing leak and pressure testing for their cooling systems and coolant flow evaluation.
